Emailing email@example.com requesting any changes, design updates or technical support
The easiest and quickest way to create any changes, design updates or technical support is to email firstname.lastname@example.org. An support ticket will be created and sent to you via email and sms. You will be able to check on the progress of your ticket and escalate it via a self service portal. Once your changes have been made and/or support has been provided, you will receive an email and sms that your ticket has been closed.
